On 2^nd Sep 2008, a commemorating ceremony was held in the Jingjiang auditorium by Shanghai Quality Association to celebrate the 30^th anniversary of reform, opening-up and implementing total quality management. Deputy Mayor Mr. Hu Yanzhao delivered an address in the ceremony. Looking back on the 30 years’ efforts that the city has endeavored to push the TQM, as well as the substantial harvest and the contribution to the economy, this ceremony highly appreciated and awarded those advanced individuals and corporations with outstanding performance in quality management. And Shanghai Yongguan Commercial Equipment Co., Ltd was awarded “Advanced Enterprise of Implementing Total Quality Management” which is the first time she received the honor as the only obtainer in Chongming County.
